The Lettings Group prides itself on the service offered to our tenants. We want you to feel comfortable in your home. 

Straight Forward Referencing 

Upon viewing your chosen property, in order to secure the flat/house, you will be required to submit an application. Please email enquiries@thelettingsgroup.co.uk for full application details. Below is a list of what we partly require:

•  An EU passport or an non-EU passport with the relevant valid Visa or BRP 
•  Driving licence
•  Utility bill with your name on it from within the last 3 months
•  Your most recent payslip
•  Bank statement from within the last three months showing payment of your       salary
• Current contract of employment

Whatsapp Us

We know sending emails or waiting for calls to be picked up can be frustrating, so we offer all our tenants the option to Whatsapp us during business hours for an even quicker response time. Our Whatsapp number will be provided upon your move in day

Reporting Maintenance Issues 

Here at The Lettings Group we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We are here to help you resolve any concerns you may have. We have a dedicated team who will offer support once you raise a maintenance issue- this can range from leaks, broken appliances, etc. 

We aim to get a qualified handy person out to you within 24 hours of the raised concern. 

Tenant Protection

Your rights matter to us. 

The deposit you pay to us is held and protected via the Deposit Protective Service (DPS) www.dps.com a government regulated scheme. 

Should you feel a complaint is handled incorrectly, we are apart of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) www.prs.co.uk 

Your personal data is protected with us. We are a member of the information's commissioner's office (ICO) www.ico.org.uk

Move in Day Made Simple

Unlike most letting agencies, you will be met at your new home for the move in. No dragging bags around trying to find our offices! 

We will provide you with a timely slot which allows you to ask questions, speak freely, and feel comfortable with the building before the letting agent leaves you. 

The agent who conducted the viewing, will be the same agent who moves you in. Someone who knows the building inside out and is able to help you in any way you need.
