We may share this information with members within The Lettings Group. For example, but not limited to, when you have reported a maintenance concern via the site. We need to share this information to contractors to repair the issue.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored via our online portal Alto 

We keep application information for duration of your tenancy. We will then dispose your information, should you request this, by deleting your file in full. Unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
