The Lettings Group LTD has recently been taken over by a family run business in March 2020.

We have a long and developed history of managing commercial and residential premises and are landlords ourselves; so we like to think we have an upper hand in knowing what you need from us as letting agents. 

The Lettings Group has new values, with a fair and understanding temperament. Our Landlord's opinion on the service you have received in the past matters to us. We want to replicate everything you loved and change what you didn’t- it’s that simple. Having an understanding of your needs will make our business stronger and directly benefit you and your tenant(s). 

The properties we manage are spread across the north of England- mostly in Manchester. We will take on any property based in Manchester, Greater Manchester, Liverpool, The Ribble Valley, and Pendle. 

Our team is a small, but dedicated. Our way of working is concise and organised. Our ability is second to none.
